Apartment is spacious and well equiped. Central location.

In winter appartment is dark and cold. Difficult to get in, a lot of doors. House rules are strict, fines for lights left on. Admin is asking to fill difficult form with all guests data, selfies, pasport coppies etc.. we had to transfer 100 eur deposit that was supposed to be returned in 7 days, but wasn't without contacting admin. We were told that checkin in at 4pm, not 2pm as was written in booking.

The sent code opens the door for people, not the garage gate. You have to go to your apartment to pick up the remote control, blocking traffic on the street at the same time, which generates a lot of emotions for other drivers. It's better to look for a temporary parking space in advance before picking up the keys. The street is narrow and there are cars parked on the other side, making it difficult to turn into the garage door.

“Perfect for families with 4-paws family members!”

Soraida (manager of the property) has been fantastic - she sent me all the instructions for the self checkin in advance, she was always super fast in responding, we had a small issue with the remote to open the garage (the guests before us lost it or forgot it I don’t know where), and Soraida fixed it in a matter of a few hours, providing us with a remote during the same day. The flat is clean and spacious, I want to praise the owners/ managers for making it pet friendly (we had our golden retriever with us), overall it was a pleasant stay. Perfect location, a few minutes walk away from the city center of Malaga, everything went great! Strongly recommended if you have a family with a 4-paws family member and want a good Accomodation for a fair price!

The flat is in a old building, so there’s noise coming from the outside during the night and we could hear the neighbors from the living room, but honestly we expected it, given that if you want to stay in the city center of a historical city like Malaga, obviously the buildings are not built in 2010… I think that it would be great to have the flat a bit refurbished with a few minor adjustments (e.g. a ventilation system in the bathrooms, a shower box in the bathroom with the walk in shower, a bit newer furniture) but to be honest this is a minor detail - the flat is a good quality / price ratio as is.

Parking had a very small and tricky entrance. People should be warned about how small it is as I only booked it because of the parking. And, the parking controller was busted. Cleanliness. Shower curtains were old and yellowish. Bathroom smelled very funky. The kitchen had a lot of open and old stuff. There was a lot of broken stuff. The main room’s bathroom door. The main bathroom shower head holder. The main bathroom shower sink was painted and painting was peeling off. Upper deck bed. Some of the light sockets.
