To be improved

This property never gave us the keys or check in instructions, I tried messaging and it wouldn’t work, then I called many times and they did now pick up, we tried for over 2 hours, buzzing the apartment and even went to the door but nothing. We expect full refund and coverage for the last minting booking that we had to make at a different hotel. This person should not be allowed on boooking.com absolutely ridiculous service and waste of our time on vacation and money. I can send all proof as we videoed the whole experience in an email. Please provide me with an address to send it to
