“terrible service”

nice neighbourhood

To be improved

terrible stuff and service: we had to wait for more than an hour on the street for the staff to open the apartment. we arrived to the apartment at the scheduled time, however the person who was supposed to meet us was late for 45 minutes and when he arrived he didn’t have the keys so we had to wait for an hour for him to bring the keys. when we finally got into apartment there was not enough hot water for shower: after 5 minutes you ran out of hot water….
