The balcony is pretty small, however this is expected in apartments around this area.

Maintenance & Deep cleaning needed: mold in the bathroom (they paint the joint in brown so u think u won't notice 🤦🏻‍♂️...brush & bleach please!!) Stains all over the wall, need painting. Hairs & lost item (postcards) from previous guest found (2 months old bill...) and so on... Building is old and bellow standard, watch your head while going down ..but worst was contradictory communication from management company, did not pick up the phone, do not return call after messages and unclear dog policy & fees. Won't return, will not recommend.

On the cleanliness front, the apartment could have used a more thorough cleaning. There were a few dusty areas and some minor marks on the walls. Additionally, there were a couple of minor repairs needed, like a loose faucet handle and a sticking cupboard door. While these weren't major issues, they did detract a bit from the overall experience. If the cleanliness is improved and the minor repairs are addressed, this place would be a fantastic stay. I would recommend it to others, but with the caveat that a little TLC is needed.
