The agency did lie about processing (not preciously announced) deposit requested as a Direct Credit card payment (not blockaction). With promis of three days return mechanism automatically, after my complains, it is already a month and money is still at SBP. I found out, that this “cash flow” trick to less assertive customers is not a unique case. the fee was charded 300 EUR of having no choice not to pay it againts phony contract (some photocpied folded paper) while arriving to the appartment with familly included 2,5yo baby. One month of lies why money was not send. I LOVE Barcelona but this agency broke already not only spanish but European legislation.

To be improved

The apartment is very old and poorly maintained. Located far from the city and in a neglected residential area. To go up to the apartment it is necessary to go up one flight of stairs (with luggage) to the elevator. It is impossible to shower properly because it was not possible to regulate the water (the water boils or freezes) and even after we complained and a professional arrived it seemed that the problem was fixed, but the same day the problem repeated itself. The shower theme had a significant impact on the enjoyment because we were in a summer that required a shower every day and it became a nightmare for us and the kids. A family of 5 for 6 days had a sample of shampoo and body soap. Beyond the very high amount in relation to what we received (1196€) we were also required to leave a deposit of 303€ without any justification and certainly not that it is a neglected apartment. Another important point to note is that although luggage storage is provided, it is located in a remote location that required a special round trip taxi ride.
