The best

Location is excellent. About 3 - 4 minutes to the Sagrada Familia and the Metro Station located there. Plenty of restaurants close by. Rooms were spotlessly clean with a large and well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. Good WIFi. The apartment has adequate air conditioning. The apartment block feels safe. The apartment is ideal for 4 people.

To be improved

It would be good to have air-conditioning in the bedrooms, particularly in the real heat of July and August, when you would have to leave the bedroom doors open to stay cool at night. The sofa is a little uncomfortable, but not a big deal.

“Below Par Experience”

very thin walls, we could hear lot of noise from the neighbours. the apartment staff put up notices inside asking us to keep low volume but it should be the other way around. There was lot of cigarette smoke smell coming into the bedroom every evening when we came back. not sure how it could come in from outside. it was very uncomfortable and disturbing. We had to leave early morning to the airport. There was no hot water in the bathrooms. We along with my 2 year old daughter had to take bath in the cold water. This is a very very bad experience. also, the Apartment charges you a refundable deposit of 300 euros at the time of check in which is not mentioned here in booking.com. they reach out to you directly and say if not agreed to this then booking will be cancelled. Again, a big thumbs down. They do not have a reception in the building and neither are they reachable 24 hrs in case of any emergency. Overall a below par experience at this apartment.
