Staff. Check in was not a smooth process. They asked for flight details to estimate when to proceed with the check in process of handing over keys. They made me wait 40 minutes outside the property before handing me the keys. Cleanliness. Cockroaches were present in the bathroom and the staff attempted to gaslight and claim this is normal.

The address listed on Booking.com was 20 Carrer del Parlament with no apartment number. That address was a building being renovated. After much frustration and confusion and with the help of a nearby restaurant worker and patron, we were able to contact our host agent by phone who found us standing on a nearby street corner and took us to the apartment which was at 18 Carrer del Parlament. The apartment was a lot less than I expected. The greeting agent was rude, condescending and otherwise a very unpleasant person who did not even know how some of the lights were switched. It was clean but very spare furnishing wise. The freezer was iced up and not usable and there is a minor cockroach infestation. We were staying for 11 nights and there were two rolls of toilet paper and one garbage bag provided. All in all, the hospitality skills of the management need some serious upgrading.

It was building underconstruction .Every day noisy. Old apartment very cold.

Nothing in particular. If you have a lot of luggage it might be a problem. But anyway it’s only one floor by stairs
