“Very poor”
Awful: worst experience ever. The contact asked me to warn him about my arrival time which I did: 7-8 PM. Then he asked me to confirm 30 min before, which I did: 7h45PM. Then told me he cannot be there before 1h. Evenatually sent me someone esle who arrived 1h30 after me at the property at 9h15 PM. Disorganised people with no sens of customer respect. If you cannot be there in person, leave a key box or alternate solution, don't make your guest wait 1h30 outside !
Customer relationship. No respect for guests. I was alone but the appartment is not suitable for 4 people as advertized since there no real separation (no door, no closed wall) between the room and the second bed area.
“Beware! They charge you extra on the spot as 'deposit'! Only refund if complaint to booking.com!!!”
### Beware! ### They charged us 303 euros extra on arrival and stated that it was in the terms and conditions. Well I would be aware of this if I saw this on their booking.com page. They claimed it will be refunded 3-7 days after we left. ### Once the 7 days passed I got no answers to my messages. ### After 12 days I reported this to booking.com and booking.com refunded me through their payment method. I did not get the money back to the payment method I used to pay them on the spot this is how I believe its booking.com who refunded us. Besides that this place was an office before and you can hear everything from above and from the neighbors. No Nespresso machine unfortunately.

Nothing they are a bunch of SCAMMERS who try to get every bit of money out of you.
We left the property how we found it.. we have photos to prove on our exit. We got charged 200 euros because of apparent stains on sofa which are clearly not there on our photos. SCAMMERS. Do not use
