Nothing, no faults to mention

Upon check in when we entered the appartment we were hit by stench of cigarettes. Not nice. Thankfully, we got rid of it quite quickly by ventilating the rooms - however you could still smell it on sofa. The walls in smaller bedroom are very thin so we heard neighbors watching tv late at night. We were surprised to learn at check in that there's additional 200eur deposit needed - I checked and it is stated somwhere by the end of rules&conditions however it should be clearly reminded in welcome communications. Also, is it really needed if one book via Booking and is premium user with clear history? Not comfortable. The lady that checked us in was kind, but later we communicated with general support from this big company and basically they rejected to provide us with another duvet. For 2 of us in one bed the one provided was too small and we had to use additional thin blanket. It was ok eventually, but we obviously felt ignorred.

The doors were quite hard to open but you get used to it.

It wasnt very clean. Insects were in bedrooms as well.
