“Great location, comfort levels (and hot water) could be better”

The best

The apartment is well situated and generally suited our group of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers) - it was a decent walk to all the sights we wanted to see, plus a metro station is right next door.

To be improved

The hot water lasted for max two showers (and short ones at that) and so our group of five really had to carefully schedule when to wash, which was not ideal at all. The comfort level of the apartment is fine if you are pretty much using it to sleep and a quick breakfast, but for example when we stayed in and wanted to watch a film, the feeling is very much hostle-like rather than apartment.

The best

The location was great. Avoid the first floor, which is pretty noisy.

To be improved

The one big niggle we had was that all the doors (including bathroom and bedroom) doors are sliding ones and thus don't look at all. It means you can hear everything throughout the apartment. Other than that there is nothing wrong with the apartment, it just isn't as nice as it looks in the pictures. It's all very functional. All rooms are off one long corridor, which gives the place a bit of a hostel feel. It's not a bad place, but I wouldn't recommend it.

“Exceptional”

The best

Great location. There is a supermarket just opposite the hotel. Metro stop 10 meters from the apartment.

To be improved

Pillows where like wooden planks.
