I checked in after 21:00 and had to pay 50 Euros for a late check-in, which shouldn’t have been charged since we had agreed on the timing in advance — but this is their policy."

Everything was perfect. Rami waited for us, and explained all important info about the appartment and the city. Was very helpful. The appartment is amazing. Free parking available in the neighborhood. My recommendation.
