The location.

To be improved

That window in front lets in cold air. Since the interior shutters do not close all the way it was cold in the apartment. Keyless entry only is also a problem. My phones battery almost died. If it would have, I would’ve been locked out overnight !!! Also, VERY central location but because of that non-insulated window thing again, it was also VERY noisy until 1 am in the front of the apartment. Not so bad in the back bedroom. Bathroom sink is too large for the available space leaving no room for Thé toilet. Shower was out of hot water after 2-3 minutes.
