The A/C unit in Apartment 5-2 did not cool in 2 rooms and requested a fan and the brought it immediately.

Aircon into the main room was weak and so the main bedroom was a little warmer than other rooms. Beds were a little hard

The construction works in progress during our stay. But the host had informed us and of course this is something that is out of the host's control. Everything else was excellent. Maybe we would appreciate some washing machine tablets, but this is really minor!

I’ve been traveling throughout Europe for over 14 years, and I can confidently say this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Everything here is about cutting corners — even on the most basic necessities. For a 4-night stay, our family of six was given just six tiny single-use shampoo sachets. That’s one per person for the entire stay. Seriously? The apartment is in poor condition, with subpar maintenance and cleaning. Yet they have the nerve to charge an outrageous cleaning fee. And for what? The worst part came at checkout. We had a very unpleasant altercation with the cleaner downstairs — he almost got into a physical fight with us at 5 AM, simply because we were waiting quietly in the hallway for our friends to come down, supposedly disturbing his cleaning schedule. He literally blocked our way with mops and acted aggressively. We reported everything to the host — got zero response. No apologies, no follow-up, no interest whatsoever. I don’t know who left all those good reviews, but they completely misled us. I honestly don’t understand what they are comparing this place to. For the same price, you can get a much better apartment right in the city center with actual service and basic respect. Avoid this place at all costs.
