The ceiling of the bathroom was rotting and water was dripping on you when on the toilet... the lock of the bedroom door was broken...

First of all, it was stated that the owner can issue an invoice. That was one of the reasons I booked the particular apartment. When I asked for an invoice, they told me that they issue only receipts. Secondly, the apartment looks nothing like the photos. Everything was very old and worn. The entrance and the lift had a very bad small, and when someone from the building was cooking, we had to turn off the air-conditioning because the food smell entered our apartment. Also, we were met by a guy who did not speak any English. He opened the apartment for us, gave us the keys, and disappeared without a word. Lastly, although we were 4 people and had booked the apartment for 8 days, we were given only 2 hand towels and 2 small soaps for washing our hands. Also, there were only 2 shampoo bottles and 2 shower ones.

Without exaggeration, this was the worst apartment I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was disgusting: dirty, neglected, the kitchen was in terrible shape, and the beds looked like they hadn’t been changed or washed. It smelled bad, dust everywhere — felt like no one had cleaned in weeks. I spent nearly an hour just trying to get inside, and immediately wanted to leave. Outside the building are garbage bins, the area smells like urine — absolutely awful. If you value your time, health, and peace of mind — avoid this place. It’s not accommodation, it’s a total disappointment.

Bathroom needs an upgrade, it is well dated.
