The AC didn’t work. After inquiring about it and told maintenance would come out. No one ever showed. Even after the power outage. Sleeping with the windows open for 4 nights didn’t do much to cool down the apartment and it was an uncomfortable.

“Great location”

The best

The location was perfect! We mostly used the apartment for sleeping as we were out exploring most of the time. We stayed for 2 weeks. The management company was very responsive with issues. We had a few issues during our stay and had resolutions for all but 1 item within 24 hours.

To be improved

The water heater was leaking in the kitchen and the plumbing vents are just outside the kitchen and bathroom windows so there’s a persistent smell. One of the lights in the bathroom was flickering and after communicating the issue for 3 days the maintenance person disabled it.

The location is perfect and our host Sol was very kind and helpful throughout the hole check-in, check-out process.

To be improved

However, the apartment had some issues inside: you could hear all the noises around, the bath was small and the kitchen stank (maybe due to the gas boiler). At the end of the day we had a great time there with my family, thanks to the location and atmosphere, but you need to take into consideration the aferomentioned inconvieniences.
