The check in was a little confusing.

I am not completely satisfied with my stay in your apartment. The main reason for my frustration is the feeling of unfair treatment. Many times during the night I received text messages and, worst of all, phone calls that the apartment was too noisy and the neighbors were complaining. In my opinion, this has signs of persecution which made the stay unpleasant. Every time I got a call, I was either asleep or not at home. One time I even sent the owner a photo showing that there was no one in the apartment, another time of my sleeping daughter. I didn't get an answer, much less an apology. Additionally, I would like to note that it was not possible to open the entrance gate via the application, even though I reported it, the issue was not resolved.

One of the rooms was really small.
