We arrived with a broken heater, no hot water for a shower, an incorrect Wi-Fi password, no internet, and a broken sofa bed that was not fixed during the entire trip, making us sleep cramped. The hall had cockroaches and a sewage smell, and a lot of stairs to apartment. The neighborhood was in a dark and dangerous area, we don’t feel safety at night, with many homeless people round. We had to pay a fee of 50 euros for lare checking, but I booked the accommodation because it was indicated as self-check-in. When we left, they were still very rude, saying that I had left the key in an incorrectly place during check-out, but there are no warning about that.
