Good communication for check in. Marina was great in meeting us prior to the usual check in and allowed us to drop off bags. Great location, walking distance to most sights and La Rambla, and multiple metro stops close by.

To be improved

On check in, the property had not been cleaned from the previous booking. We were told it would not be ready until 4pm. It in fact was not ready until 1730. Fortunately, we had dropped off our bags early, so we could wander the area while we waited. Also, the 3 seat sofa is extremely uncomfortable for sitting on.

The best

The apartment is very nicely kept and quite spacious. Location is ideal and very close to supermarkets, cafés and shops. Hosts are very kind and always available.

To be improved

Stairway to unit are a bit slippery... Elevator is quite small as are most in Europe.

The double windows in the back bedroom opened out into a laundry room so no fresh air and ugly to look at. The drain in the main bathroom didn't work well. Fans didn't work consistently. TV didn't work well. Wood molding was missing from a doorway. This was given a rating of 'Superb' and certainly was not.

“a nice apartment with proper beds for 6 people, 2 toilets/showers, good location, good quality towel”

good location, large apartment for 6 people, clean, high ceiling, high quality towels & toiletries provided, more than sufficient toilet paper and kitchen paper, sufficient kitchen utilities for simple breakfast, we didn't cooked any dinner but i think we can do it if needed. 2 toilets and showers, all real and comfort beds (not sofa bed). the apartment is exactly as seen on the photos. good wifi.

we couldn't get the TV to watch any good channels, only 4 channels (after we did an auto scan of both ATV and DTV) most are old film channels and signal was very weak. it was world cup 1st week so we didn't get to watch any match on the TV.
