The experience that we had with your apartment was awful and our trip in Barcelona was affected by your pour management and crew . We have requested the clean up of the living room sofa day 1 and clean bedsheets as the previous sheets ware left stuffed inside the sofa , with lots of calls no one came during the weekend as we have been told that there is no cleaning service that operates over the weekend . The apartment is also vary bad , bathroom door is not closing , makes a terrible noise when operating and the other guests can hear every single sound , no privacy , no places to hang and dry towels for 6 persons and also no places to store toiletries . Living room extendable sofa is broken and is curved in the middle , matters is super dirty which makes sleeping almost impossible even with clean sheets that came after 3 days . So we deeply hope that you will have a deep review of the state of your apartment and service . Again a very very bad experience, hope you and your stuff will have to experience to sleep 6 persons in 2 small beds 1.6 m and 1.4 m wide .

Nothing like the photos, very dated, old run down looking. Not many things in the kitchen oil or milk. air con only in the lounge not in bedrooms. You can’t open the windows in the bedroom as the noise from the street is very loud! Shatters broken on the windows. Paid way too much money for what it was!

We paid 105 euros for the cleaning. The shower cabin is too small, we barely had a bath.
