There was enough paper or toilet paper for 8 people

A little noisy in the morning due to neighbor kids.

No warm water :((!

The amenities were very poorly maintained. The boiler stops working halfway through shower and require resetting, at least twice per shower. For group of 8, that’s a difficult task. We contacted the property management and they sent someone to fix the problem. Except all the technician did was turning up the thermostat. We were left with the same problem that evening. Looking at the record on the boiler, it was last serviced in 2018! The air conditioning was making a strange grinding noise every 20mins when it is on. Which means a choice between a hot apartment or disruptive nights.

In one of the bathrooms you can’t open the window. That’s why there’s mold on the wall. During the night if the windows are open the apartment could be a bit noisy, because of the neighbours. People are talking loud, or washing the dishes, you can hear everything. The mattresses of the bed are not comfortable, especially in the smaller double bed room.

The hot water was quite an issue, we had to reset the boiler about every 1-2 minutes while someone was showering (with 8 adults & 1 child, so was chaos). Also there is only AC in the living rooms so the rooms were so hot and were quite uncomfortable at night, even with the fans.
