The location and the size of the property

To be improved

There were cockroaches, a broken window and a broken head shower. The iron wasn’t working and the flat is very outdated. We were promised a partial refund but the property is ghosting me and not replying nor providing with further assistance

I loved tgat it was in real residential area of Barcelona and a real appartment of the city. We had everything we needed and loved the area and getting 'home' from visiting the busy city.

The best

They were very efficient with responding when I had questions even if it was late in the evening. The facility was clean and well supplied (ie toiletries, dish soap, cooking oil). It was a nice place for a family to stay in. Room was spacious.

The only thing we liked about the property was the fact that we had an extra room.

To be improved

The property itself was far from the city center, you can hear everything from all the apartments all night long, the showers were incredibly small and difficult to shower in, and the AC was only in the hallway which meant sleeping with the doors open so you had no privacy
