It's an amazing apartment located just across of the Batllo House and in the middle of everything. It has everything you need and more. The flat is very spacious, clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. I recommend it!

Superb and fascinating location , close to case Batlo , casa Mila , placa cataluniya , close to la ramblas , very safe for all family member also close to all shopping centers/markets even close to barcaloneta beach , barcalona aquarium and zoo, sagrda familia was 15 minutes walking as well anyway location is great. The mini market below the building at the left side is a thief and prices are very expensive but there are other shops vey close and much cheaper. Apartment nice and comfortable everything for nice vacation was there , all what you need is also available ( Fridge, Washing machine , Coffee machine , Microwave , TV , Internet , etc...) the property supplied some cleaning stuff and coffee capsules , disposal bags and so on .... I believe it was more than required. The sound isolation also was fine comparing to other places. bed sheets / pillows clean and mattress comfortable. I had an issues with window blind and it was fixed in no time , the stay unique team had a prompt feedback a place I highly recommend and I will re-use in case I go back to Barcelona

The payment process was too difficult and people handling the matter was understanding my concern , I paid roughly 3000 USD for 09 nights, meanwhile my debit card allows 1500 USD/week it was a week end plus national day so banks closed for three days I tried to ask the property manager to accept cash or/& on site payment but without success , fortunately I found a way out to process the online payment. The city tax payment was another story the property mentioned my booking pseudo as card holder and the payment was impossible even I tried to ask them for changing as my card but without success , Till I used a relative card leaving in Spain. Communication is a must especially while dealing with people from all world corners , citizen form EU and US etc... had a fluid banking system not similar to my case. The apartment needs a fan installed inside the shower room for maximum air circulation , the shower if refurbished as Italian shower will be great. ( Just a humble suggestion).
