The location is great. The size of the apartment is good and it's fairly new and good looking. AC is good.

To be improved

The service is terrible - 1. I asked for a 2nd set of keys - the answer was that it will take 5 days to get it 🤦 2. I asked for clean bedsheets - they wanted extra 25 euro and 24 hours for it. 3. They take forever to answer and over a week to send an invoice. 4. Although the check in agent is kind, the check in process is annoying and inconvenient. The bed is small and uncomfortable. The pillows are terrible. Of course they have nothing else to offer. I went to Zara home to buy 2 new pillows for this stay. For conclusion - it's not the worst place to stay, but definitely not one of the good picks. You can do better for you buck.

“The location is excellent. Near the subway stations, and Casa Batlló is within walking distance! The utilities in the kitchen are sufficient; you can cook here easily. · Cons: The space of bath is small. There's no cover on the window next to the toilet, and I don't find it secure at night.”

On the positive side, the space was a major advantage. It felt considerably more spacious than any hotel room you'd typically find in the same price bracket, which was a welcome change. The apartment was also sufficiently clean, and it came equipped with most of the essential amenities one would expect for a comfortable stay.

To be improved

However, where this apartment truly fell short was in its claimed 4-star rating, which I'd confidently reclassify as a 2-star experience at best. The sleeping arrangements were particularly disappointing: the pillows were cheap and plasticky, offering no comfort, and the bed itself was remarkably short—at 183cm, I found my feet hanging off the end, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Basic necessities like hand soap were notably absent, which was an unexpected inconvenience. Furthermore, the shower was a disaster: tiny, fitted with a cheap, sticky curtain, and designed in such a way that water invariably spilled out onto the entire bathroom floor, creating a constant mess.

The location was excellent! The apartment has lots of light, it is lovely and has beautiful views! Sofia met us at the apartment and all the communication with her before our arrival was great!
