We liked the apartment, and the location is very good.

To be improved

However, there were some issues. We are a group of six people, and the boiler runs out of hot water after the third person uses it. Also, in the small room with the entrance to the hallway, we could hear everything, including the noise of the elevator. The fridge in the apartment doesn't close properly, and the dishwasher isn't cleaning dishes well. There were only two pieces of toilet paper for five days Upon arrival, we couldn’t get into the apartment for a long time.No one helped us right away—we called and emailed, but received no response. In the end, we had to rely on strangers who spoke Spanish and helped us contact someone to arrange entry. The process of getting in was very unclear and confusing.
