The location of the apartment is good. Responsiveness of the Stay U-nique Team on mails.

To be improved

The apartment has serious issues. Walls are moist (brown discoloration of walls, mold in walls and the smell is terrible), the air-conditioning is not working and there is a vermin issue (cockroaches). It looks like these problems have been going on for longer. There are several moisture absorbers and odor improvers (without success) and the reviews of others on internet have the same context (which we should have read upfront)). The responsiveness of the Stay U-nique Team is good, if you mail them they respond quickly. Although I'm not confident that the problems in the apartment will be resolved. When you indicate that there are issues, they refer to the maintenance team. Also, after sending pictures, they responded that they had similar pictures received earlier but would share the pictures with the maintenance team anyway. Booking.com has rated this apartment with 3 stars, which in my opinion are 2 stars too many.
