The walls were very thin and the windows So you could hear everything from outside or next apartment But this is for the people who sleep badly as me 🤣

Wen we arrived to the apartment, they charged us a fee because we came at 23 clock at night. for a such expensive apartment, I do not see the need for that fee. The AC was not working, and we arrived with 2 small children. It took them 3 days to send someone to fix it, and we arrived 22 December, when it was really cold. The apartment was dirty, much smaller that in the pictures, everything was old, bed is really, really bad, its made of some kind of boxes. Toilet can hardly fit one person, and its really loud from the neighbours, you can hear everything. The cleaning ladies that clean other apartments make noice whole day, impossible not to get disturbed form them.

“Pleasant apartment for traveling with the family”

The apartment is in an excellent location near the metro stations and the main train station, easily accessible to the city center. The apartment is clean, spacious and equipped with all the necessary appliances, even for a longer stay.

“It’s ok but it could be better”

The best

The location is great, very close to metro and bus station. I liked the fact that has two bedrooms and the living room, functional AC and two balconies. The agent Sabrina who helped us with the check-in was very nice.

To be improved

For some people it could be very noisy because there is a school near the building. Unfortunelly, we found some bugs in the bathroom in the mornings and no one cares about that even if we wrote the agency on WhatsApp. We had to buy toilet products because it’s not enough what they offer if you are more people(we were 4) and stay more days.

“Exceptional”

The best

Fran welcomed us and provided excellent instructions on how to make our stay enjoyable. The flat was in very good condition, had all of the things we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent. So many shops, restaurants, and public transit nearby.
