“Too expensive for what it is”

The best

* check-in process was smooth * spacious flat with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen * location was great, walking distance to many locations and nice cafes around

To be improved

* there is no balcony and the info was misleading about this * bathroom needs renovation, the bathroom door wasnt get closed which is an important issue * hot water ends after 2 people take a shower!!! * one bedroom doesnt have any windows so its dark all the time I definitely dont believe it worths the money

Unequal location situated in the most elegant neighbourhood of Barcelona and close to Barcelona's touristic attractions. Very stylish apartment, quiet and full of amenities.

“Great stay at a perfect location. This is not a hotel, has some disadvantages”

The location was excellent. We had an apartment on the backside of the building. It is a spacious apartment with a lot of comfort. The host was very easy to speak to at whatsapp

To be improved

It takes some time to heat up the rooms The water in the shower is sometimes running quickly out of hot water Remember, it is not a hotel. If you arrive after 1800 (20 euro) or after 2400 (50 euro) you have to pay money to the host. It says so in the text but I did read it after I booked. Also, you cannot leave your luggage in the apartment. We had to pay 50 euro for a late check out, this way we could leave our luggage in the room. This is something worthwile to explore for Stay Unique to accommodate the luggage

“Super accommodation in great location”

The best

Max was very helpful with communication ahead of our arrival and met us at the apartment with keys and to show us around. The apartment was lovely and spacious. Very authentic Barcelona view which was unique. Interleading bedrooms - both nice sizes with plenty of storage space etc. Comfy lounge and nice dining room. Kitchen well-equipped. Great historic restaurant literally downstairs and small supermarket a few meters away. Location overall was excellent and walking distance to main attractions. Safe space and we really enjoyed it. Tumble dryer a bonus. The apartment feels like you are staying with family, not so much like a hotel. But it was great and everything we needed.

To be improved

We were well aware of water shortages so kept showers very quick. Hot water didn't last for the 4 of us to shower so had to take it in turns.
