“Very good”

The best

The location of the apartment is great! The house, courtyard has a great clean pool which was completely free most of the time. It was just the two of us, so we were quite free in the room. There is a kitchen that has everything you need, the sleeping area can be fenced off with retractable wooden walls, very handy if you want to sleep longer. There is a small balcony overlooking the Via Diagonal. Near the house there are stores, cafes and restaurants. The neighborhood is very cozy, it takes 20 minutes to walk to the sea.

To be improved

Perhaps this is an issue with the cleaning company that cleans the room. For example the cutlery asked to be washed. We were greeted by dust in some corners. The bidet had a broken handle to open the drain and the sink had no handle at all.

Sant Marti is great districit. Public transportation is very good. Barcelona is beautiful city.

To be improved

The apartment could be cleaner. The cleaning agency should be alerted. Some covers were full of stains. The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable. The rest is very good. Regardless of the small flaws and the slightly too high price, we recommend the stay. It's Barca after all 😁

“Comfortable little apartment, in lovely area.”

The best

Lovely little apartment. In amazing location. Quiet at night. Bed, super comfortable. Really enjoyed the private pool area, so convenient if you don't want to go to the beach. A lot of restaurants and shops around. We've done some research about the area before we come so we are happy. Very close to bus and metro stations. Super convenient to go to the very touristic places by jumping on bus 7 and then metro. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen which gave us the comfort to prepare a meal at home at some of the nights when i was feeling unwell and needed to rest. Very positive so far. Definitely we will visit again. Loved the washing machine and hair dryer availability.

To be improved

Few little things i didn't like, since we are charged for cleaning in advance, which is normal, i didn't fully understand why we had to look after our rubbish and empty all the bins before leaving. And also we had to wash all dishes and put them back in place before leaving. I mean fine i understand there're many untidy people but cleaning the half of the apartment and then leaving was a bit too much. But even though i would visit again. Just one last thing, about the cleanliness of the shower cabin wasn't great, so I've cleaned it up to feel comfortable. Dishwasher not available.

The location is very good, in front of direct public transport to the center, grocery store 5 minutes walk from the apartment, beach 15 minutes walk, everything is very close to the apartment. Ideal for those who want to be away from crowd but close to everything to enjoy the most of the amazing city of barcelona

To be improved

I was disappointed with the cleanliness, there were still traces on the floor from former guests, there was women's hair all over the apartment, dirty chairs with some kind of juice. I think it's something they should improve, cleanliness is a point that could lead to the decision not to stay here.
