Stay U-nique House Reina Juliana

Within the first 2 days we notice damp patches and mould growing in both bedrooms. When we raised this to the Stay Unique agency they told us this wasn’t mould (without coming to inspect) and that all they could do is come in and paint over this. After constant back and forth we agreed to the repaint and had to move out for a weekend for this to be done. As we had said, this mould came back within a week. We stayed here for 4 weeks and the conditions worsened throughout the stay. The apartment is damp and this is apparent throughout the house. Our communication with Stay Unique was not a good experience, we ended up having to speak with the owner directly to get any resolution. We did get 7 days of our stay refunded, but again this was a fight that’s Stay Unique were refusing and that had to be resolved between us and the owner. I would not recommend using Stay Unique in the future.
