Location and size of the apartment. Facilities and cleanliness. AC was powerful. Pool area lovely too!

To be improved

It was great! Rooms were 'accessible' (we were with my 80 year old dad) and could have done with some handrails for him in the bathroom (bathroom really small) but he managed. (Obviously this isn't an issue if you're able) Check in was efficient but I'd said we would arrive at 10pm so the code to the door only worked at 10pm. We arrived at 9.50pm so didn't have to wait long but next time, I'd say I was arriving earlier.

Excellent location close to several metro lines, hop-on hop-off bus station, El Nacional Restaurant is next to the buliding, the rooftop swimming pool is an extra but of course included.

Every thing was excellent, the balcony was great and the roof top pool and terrace were wonderful to use after a long day exploring Barca.

What I liked the most was the comfort of the apartment – great location, excellent amenities, incredibly comfortable beds, and very helpful staff.

To be improved

The only thing I didn’t like was that the shower gel wasn’t refilled – but that was a small detail and easy to fix.
