“The worst stay in the worst area.”

It is located in the worst area of Madrid. The area is too crowded and noisy to sleep. People in the area are so low level that we frequently saw they pee in front of the building. We heard the sound of police and Ambulance during the whole night. We thought we were sleeping in Qaza. They put towels for us only once in the beginning and they never changed them during our 5-day stay. No cleaning was done either.

“The pool is great to have and it’s right beside a metro to get into the city · Cons: There was marks on some of the walls, also no full length mirror which is such a necessity when you’re going anywhere, also the WiFi wouldn’t work”

“We stayed at this apartment while attending a nearby festival and couldn’t have picked a better location — just a short distance to both the festival grounds and Madrid city center. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped, with a lovely pool that was perfect for cooling off. We also loved how many great shops and food spots were just around the corner. “overall comply with expectations”

Modern and bright room.Little kitchen useful for us. Nice cleaning personnel. Metro very close. Supermarket with large opening hours nearby.

Room on a big street which is noisy. Quite expensive for the space and quality of furniture provided (Ikea), especially considering no access to the swimming pool. We would have like a reception point on the ground floor. We booked late so we did not have much choice but it is not the best deal we have done.

“Perfect stay in the perfect apartment!”

Everything was great, apartment looks great, same as in the pictures. Clean, comfortable… all the furniture is new. Using code for enter is perfect and easy! Metro is in a minute from the apartment, supermarket in front of the apartment, and working 24h.
