We love the comforting rooms, the staff and the breakfast.

To be improved

We would like a babysitting facility and potentially a children’s club for our little boy. I also didn’t like the staff member accompanying me whilst looking at the clothes shop in the spa. Made me feel very uneasy and if I wanted to buy something I wouldn’t have done on that basis.

In parts the hotel looked dated - the bathrooms especially are in need of refreshing. The pool bar menu needs more healthy options.

“Room was.large but ambience was horrible for such an expensive hotel · Cons: Old dark carpet ,no amenities and tea.making facility.. Room was basic for the price. Pillows too soft and no double bed.”

So close to town, the breakfast each day was lovely, well organised.

To be improved

The outside pool was not heated. Looked so inviting but so cold. Would have spent more time around the place if it was.
