a great apartment for a couple,newly refurbed and decorated, really lovely!

To be improved

only think that was a little issue bath sheets would have been better than bath towels, but everything else was lovely! very clean nice bed linen and lovely little blankets on the sofa, nice little touches!

There was 4 staircases in this block of flats a detailed location telling us which door to try first would have helped

We arrived at the property, having received an illegible email, we rang Booking.com multiple times and where referred to an booking agent. They did not answer the phone for over two hours. We waiting in 43 degree heat. We had to leave and seek alternative accommodation. When they returned the calls, they were rude to deal with and denied that they were at fault.

This is a nice appartment very near the beach and a short walk into the centre. In a quiet location with plenty of on street parking nearby.

To be improved

Getting the keys from the agent in the centre of Nerja is a bit of a pain. This can be done 24/7 but the office is in an essentially pedestrian street in the heart of the tourist area.
