Dear Glenn, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent stay booked via Booking.com and to formally submit a complaint regarding the experience. Please find the key issues outlined below: Poor Communication Regarding Key Collection From the outset, there was significant confusion around how and where to collect the key. Communication from the property management was unclear and inconsistent. I’ve included just a sample of the exchanges below. Most communications took place over WhatsApp where I struggled to get straightforward instructions. This created unnecessary stress and confusion. Unacceptable Sleeping Arrangements Upon arrival, I discovered the fold-out bed provided was in a severely worn and unusable condition. It sagged in the middle to the point that it was impossible to sleep on. I’ve attached photographic evidence of this. As a result, I was forced to sleep on the floor for the entirety of my stay something no guest should ever have to endure. Unjust Damage Accusation After my departure, I was contacted by someone associated with the property (it's still unclear who manages what, as I dealt with several individuals), accusing me of damaging a blind. I categorically deny this. I did not touch any blinds during my stay and barely interacted with the property beyond sleeping there (on the floor). To make matters worse, this accusation was made in French, adding another layer of confusion and frustration. Being wrongly accused and then asked to pay for damage I did not cause after such a poor experience has been extremely upsetting and has left me with a very negative impression of the property and the booking process as a whole. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed urgently, and I would appreciate a response outlining how you intend to resolve this issue. Thank you for your time and understanding. Kind regards, Luke

Good location. easy to access the beach by bike. Swimming pool and stadium to run very close. Appartement looks new, is well equiped with washing machine, coffee machine, and all items to cook. Great to stay for one person or 2 people for a short stay.
