A disappointing stay. - The host asked us to message the caretaker 30 mins before arrival. When we did, she did not reply, so we messaged her again upon arrival. She responded with just "Que dicen". We understand that she doesn't speak English, but it looked like she didn't recognize a message from her own guests. - On the day after our arrival, we encountered two major issues. First, there was a very strong burnt food smell coming from the microwave and spreading throughout the studio. This was quickly solved as the caretaker replaced the microwave, though at first she suggested using a room freshener. Second, water suddenly started leaking from under the bathroom sink. We informed the caretaker at 3 pm and she said that the plumber couldn't come before 7 pm. In the meantime, we had to place a bucket under the sink and empty it every 10 mins due to the severity of the leak. When the plumber arrived, he cut off the cold water and was unsure if he could return to complete the repair. Two days later, the manager told us that the plumber was sick, so the sink was never fixed. - The bathroom had no shelves for toiletries. There was also no hook/shelf inside the shower cabin to place shampoo and soap. The shower cabin doors were very difficult to open and close. - The fridge door shelves were missing their plastic guards, making them unusable for storing items. The freezer door lock was also broken, causing some water to leak. - Cleanliness was another issue. Upon arrival, we found that dishes from the previous guest had not been properly washed. - Another concerning issue was that every time we met the caretaker, there was a smell of alcohol on her and it felt unprofessional. - The studio entrance door can be easily unlocked from the outside even when locked from the inside with the key in the lock. During our stay, the host once arrived unexpectedly, unlocking the door, and was surprised to find us there.

A bit noisy because of the cars outside.

Just for improvement : additional towels. Everything is OK.

Sometimes we could hear the metro running underneath the building, but it wasn't too much to disturb our sleep. Arrived 40 minutes after check-in hours closed, had to pay 35 eur for the 'availability'.
