What a gorgeous gem of an apartment! It was spacious, airy, clean, tastefully decorated and with a beautiful terrace. I'd recommend it to someone with a slightly adventurous spirit who wouldn't mind working around some of the small flaws, which contribute to the overall charm of the apartment. The kitchenette had decent equipment, there were some basics like salt, pepper and some tea, and I particularly enjoyed taking the portable induction hob out on the terrace and cooking there to avoid smells and condensation indoors. The whole building felt safe and super convenient with a surprisingly well stocked minimarket about 15 metres from the front door and only a few minutes away from the nearest beach. Communication with the owner, Pio, was great - he replied to my messages promptly, explained everything and kindly allowed me to check in early. I loved staying here and will definitely come back again.
