Studio in beachfront complex in El Duque area, Costa Adeje

The main pool was not open! So disappointed as that is what clinches the deal for me when booking a holiday. The agent was very helpful and great communication. They were not aware of the major works at the time of our booking otherwise I'd have cancelled and found somewhere else so they werent to blame. They drilled almost every day of our hol! Booking.com were able to help with our complaint. Very good customer service. We had 2 x sets of keys and unfortunately we had one set on the inside of the door of the apartment and I had the second set in my bag. We were unable to get back in. I called the agent and then had to call a locksmith and pay 100+ euros. It took him less than a minute to get us in. This needs to be mentioned to customers as he said it happens all the time! I would definitely go back though :)

The studio doesn’t live up to Luxury that it is advertised as.The kitchen has no available worktop space even for doing the basics of preparing breakfast. During our stay they were doing building work on the main swim pool so therefore noisy.
