No towels were provided for the entire stay, my messages ignored. Bathroom light broken, bed is extremely basic, everything is so basic. View from the window is disgusting as well.

The best

The location of the apartment is great, it is close to the historical center but not noisy at all. When I arrived, the apartment was not cleaned properly, but when I told the host, they arranged another cleaning for next day, which was satisfactory. The main light in the bathroom was broken, but there was a secondary there as well, which was enough. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped, i.e.: there was 1 big knife, which was almost broken. The check-in process was in order. The apartment looks like it is on the pictures.

Location is not great, also there are steps when you walk in to the building so not ideal if you have heavy suitcases. There was kind of elevator but was locked.

“Ten days stay in Malaga”

The apartment is cozy, but it looks better in the pictures. I liked that the apartment is equipped with everything that is necessary daily. All cooking appliances are working, the washing machine works as well. When we arrived we got fresh towels and everything was clean. It is close to the historical center, central train and bus station.

To be improved

We reported to the owner, that we were cold at night. We asked for some cover for the sleeping quilt, the request was ignored. They only said that we can sleep without the cover. However, the quilt was dirty, so we preferred to turn on the heating. It wasn't the best because it was blowing at us the whole night and made the air dry. We didn't get new towels during our whole 10 day stay (we get only one per person at the beginning). No one came during the stay to clean something or take the trash out. Nothing at all. The night lamp by the bed was not working, and the wall clock also.
