STUDIO ROSES PLAGE

There is no "backyard" as stated, there is a window/door section with frosted glass facing towards an alley with a doner kebab shop as neighbour. Basically this means there is no possibility to even dry your beach towel or swimgear, no other windows in the studio ! Its not mentioned in the description you see on booking.com  that there is an extra 40 euros cleaning fee. We did however not pay it as we cleaned it ourselves. The apartment is in general in good condition, however the bathroom has mold and old dirt in the corners. The studio smells moldy but understandable as there is no means of ventilation.

There is a 40 euro cleaning fee if the guest does not clean when they check out, so we vacuumed it before check out. We did not expect that when we booked an apartment. Indeed, it was in the extra information that we had not read. We booked directly due to the high reviews, but I forgot to read the lowest reviews first. If I had done that first, I would never have booked this studio apartment. airco heater is hot enough to warm the living room and bedroom in Feb/March. but can not heat up the kitchen and bathroom. Please read the lowest reviews first before you book this studio apartment. do not want to add more bad words
