To be improved

As senior citizens waiting all day for late flight having no access to lifts to collect luggage from reception was difficult. If electronic card was available for access it would have been so much easier.

“Early break from the rain in England”
The best

Location of the studio is fantastic overlooking the Carahuela, there is easy access via lift to the Carahuela and the restaurants and bars alternatively you can access the old town via the Castillo Santa Clara main entrance. There is a 24 hrs concierge and the studio has a safe. Carolina was very helpful and answered queries very quickly and arranged a very convenient early check-in.

The best

Super view, The location is excellent also if you have a car. Very close to the city and beach. The hosts are friendly. The room was nice and clean and with a nice little kitchen so that you can cook some simple meals. Also there is an outside alot the restaurants. All in all we had a great stay. Very clean and comfy studio. The bed is perfect! The special 10 points - they not take deposit
