“Good location, but nothing else”

The location is great - beach, restaurants, everything nearby.

To be improved

The property seems to be managed by some company, not actual owner. We found place not cleaned and reached them just to tell that it's far from okay (we found raw rise on the floor). However, they (agency) insistently replied that place was cleaned, we sent photos, they ignored us. Next, the place is close to very busy street, so there is noise 24/7, also no public parking, only private one, so be ready to pay extra 15-20 Euros per day. Balcony view is pointless.

The best

Perfect location, with close proximity to both the beach and old town. Very nice condition of the apartment.

To be improved

There was construction in the building from 07:00-19:00, which was irritating. But not the rentals fault that the neighbors doing renovations.

“Excellent apartment in central location close to beach, harbour , and old town”
The best

The central location was excellent and the apartment was clean, modern, and spacious. The communication to collect the keys on the day of arrival was superb.

To be improved

The chairs on the balcony were not the most comfortable. Due to the very central location there was some traffic noise from rubbish trucks etc.
