Stunning 2Bed Apartment in Marbella - Pto Banus

Cleanliness was not up to standards, we waited 5 hours for the “cleaning” to be done before we could enter because we arrived early, but it was very superficial. For example, under the bed in the master bedroom there was dust from one month ago and hair. Considering there was enough space and time to vacuum everywhere, I cannot imagine finding such a big layer of dust and hair. Kitchen and bathrooms were also very superficially cleaned. (Dirty old sponge to wash dishes, cutlery in the cupboards dirty as well) I also expected more towels to be available because that is not something you pack for a holiday, and while I understand this is not a hotel and someone comes and changes them, at least we should have had more towels available. When I texted the host about this she didn’t seem eager to provide more. Also the bedrooms are facing 4 tennis courts and it is very noisy starting from 7 am, I didn’t see that in the reviews before booking. Overall I expected a bit more quality amenities but I guess a luxury destination doesn’t make up for it.
