The best

I liked how big it was and how spacious. Having two bathrooms was nice and the living room was a great area. The renter was super friendly and accommodating.

To be improved

We had a problem with bugs… (cockroaches) and unfortunately when there are bugs, its affects the stay. I think it was because of the heat and the recent rain. When mentioned to renter, she said that after our stay, they would bring in an exterminator.

The best

I was spacious and light. The appliances are new. Good location for walking but excellent for access to metro. The owner was great with communicating with us and a resupply of items.

To be improved

It is located on the ground floor across from a comedy club with a single access door. the 2 level kitchen is unique. The shower in the back bedroom makes a loud moaning when in use. The first bedroom could have privacy curtains added.
