Nice pool, views from the terrace , location. Well equipped kitchen, parking space close to the entrance. Light and big apartament with nice bathrooms and big wardrobes. We really enjoyed the stays

It was our second time staying in Casa Banderas. The pool and all the facilities are top class and it a a nice downhill walk to the centre of town

“Great apartment, would book again! Letting agents not very communicative however.”

The apartment was lovely and spacious, good layout and with easy access to the facilities. The complex has everything you need from several pools, an indoor and outdoor gym, play area, tennis court and outdoor communal eating area. Great location within La Cala (though it'd be taxi rides into and back from the hotel to the centre if you're not not a fan of a hill climb) Aldi is a 10 - 15 minute walk so it's easy (and cheap) to stock up on essentials Amazing views of the mountains and sea. We've stayed in this complex before, so as returning guests we've been very pleased with this apartment There was also a good amount of helpful products left within the apartment such as a dishwasher tablet, washing tablet (great to have a washing machine available) and some cleaning products and bin bags (to note for anyone visiting, the main bins are just outside of the main gate and to your left) We would certainly book again!

The lettings agents are very poor at responding if you send them a message, not even acknowledging that you've done so. Will contact you when they need something from you, but don't acknowledge or answer when you contact them The key was left for us in a safe box in the local area (we were sent a location and a picture to locate it), having been before and familiar with the area it was easy to locate, however it may be difficult if it's your first time in the area (especially if you arrive early morning like us). The key left in the box didn't have the fob for the main gate on there that you need to get into the complex so you'd have to rely on the concierge to let you in (the one with the fob was available within the apartment however) Pillows were a little soft for us but that's a personal preference On a side note, there was no remote for the TV in the living area. Not too big an issue for us since we rarely turn a TV on when we go on holiday but worth noting
