The best

The location of the apartment is great. There is a mercadona store right at the block which for us was very useful. I appreciate the owners telling us about a locker location where we would leave our luggages after the early check out which is at 10am.

To be improved

Poor communication with the owners/staff. They wouldn’t respond after we made the booking with some inquiries until the day of the checkin. Very inflexible about even a 30 min later checkout and no possibility of leaving the luggages in the apartment for couple of hours. Also the pictures show coffee machine with capsules but there is nothing in the apartment, it’s not stocked with basic coffee, tea or anything else. There was no light in the bedroom, just a small lamp.

“Very comfortable flat in Triana”

The best

It’s location in the heart of Triana and 10mn from the center we could appreciate the 3 kings procession from our balcony, the flat is very comfortable.

To be improved

The bathroom corners weren’t super clean and the sofa had staines.

“Good location, responsive host”

The best

The location is great that you just need to cross the bridge to get into the city centre. The apartment was nice and a baby cot is provided for 10EUR.

To be improved

The bathroom is a bit small and the water boiler was leaking a bit but we used the bucket for the water so it wasn't that much of a problem. The door of the washing machine was unfortunately broken so we couldn't use it and that was also the mainly reason we chose to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel.
