Shower did t work properly, so AC in the bedrooms.. no fan in bedroom 2 so was uncomfortably hot. Outside patio was dirty as was the outside furniture.

“Home from home true luxury apartment.”

This is a stunning property - a real home from home experience. Beautifully modernised and immaculately clean. I have stayed in various apartments in HR but this was by far the cleanest and best equipped of them all. Kitchen included anything you could think of from blender to toastie maker and in general the additional thoughtful extras like first aid kit and even an umbrella should you be unlucky with the weather. Appt is beautifully furnished with good quality linen, towels, bedding, furniture etc. owner Jan is extremely helpful and responsive. Very smooth instructions for check in and check out. Could not recommend more highly. Met the cleaning ladies as we were leaving who were genuinely interested and cared that we had enjoyed our stay - clearly taking huge pride in their work and it stayed. Thank you to Jan for a really wonderful stay !
