“Perfect, peaceful stay”

Fantastic apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable long stay with a child. The view is spectacular, we watched the sunrise every morning and had coffee on the terrace listening to the waves crash on the beach. This apartment is bliss. The beds were comfortable. Everything was great, the wifi was better than our excellent wifi at home! Nico and Jana were great hosts, helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

To be improved

The layout of the apartment is not open plan, this meant that it was difficult to keep an eye on our busy toddler while cooking in the kitchen, etc. That seems to be the standard layout in Spain though, so not a complaint, just an inconvenience when staying with kids.

“Very relaxing”

The best

Just came back from Alicante after new year. The apartment was ideally situated for visiting the area with a short walk into the centre. The view was amazing and the sunrises spectacular. Nico met us with the keys and was very kind and helpful with ideas of what to see and do. Thank you Nico.

To be improved

It was a little noisy as right on the main road back from the esplanade and also has a street gym outside which is very popular

“Lovely apartment”

Stunning view, great location and the host was very helpful. The apartment is a lovely size and has everything you need. We really enjoyed our break.

To be improved

The sofa and some of the kitchen utensils could do with replacing. Some areas of the apartment could do with a general refresh and then it would be exceptional.
