“The holiday was ruined.”
The best

Instead of the reserved room, we were given another room that did not correspond to the one ordered. Instead of the 8th floor, 12. Without a sea view, without a terrace on the balcony.

To be improved

The washing machine did not work, the dishwasher did not work, the air conditioners did not work well

Views in living room where stunning

To be improved

Located on an exceptional steep hill, it is not suitable for older people. Pictures are not what I got, it's dark dingy, air conditioning didn't work, no kettle, no tin opener, no frying pan, beds where awful in all 3 rooms, host left us in apartment with no local shops anywhere near, and no welcome treats like milk bread etc. When I tried to contact the host about some of the issues, they never answered my messages, and the whole experience very disappointing.
