Having 2 A/C’s was a great addition cause i was traveling with a friend so one of us slept on the couch which turns to a bed, also the bathroom could be better so its better to add some shelves so people can store stuff on them

To be improved

Its wasn’t very spacious but it didn’t bother me during our stay either way we were out all day. The couch that stores the bed was kinda dirty (i believe they forgot to change the sheets cause we came earlier than the expected time of check in) so we had to remove the sheets and buy new ones so we could sleep on it. Other than that everything was clean and tidy

“Good place to stay in Madrid.”
The best

Very good apartment. Not big, but spacious enough for 2-3 people. Very well maintained, very clean, spotless. Equipped kitchen - fridge, stove, microwave, cutlery. AC, TV, private bathroom. Many food options around - restaurants, grocery stores. Nice neighborhood. 10 min walk to Metro line 1. Owners are very responsive and helpful.

To be improved

No parking option. But this is OK for Madrid.

Great location. Interesting re-use of a garage space however it was thoughtfully designed and we had no complaints. Served our needs well, easy street level access, parking is a bit hard but you can find nearby

So basically the pictures do not correspond with the reality of the apartment. It is a reconverted garage or at best a ground floor commercial property which means that you are at street level. So unless you fancy staying in a garage I do not advise. I did also double check with them and even if they checked they have no option to store out bags even if later on they checked that option on booking (again misleading). For very similar prices you can go to a hotel, we chose this thinking it was more specious but made a mistake

The best

Brilliant host, quick and easy to communicate with. The location is excellent, 10 minute walk to Santiago Bernabeu Stadium and approximately 10 minutes to the nearest subway stations and buses.
