To be improved

The worst stay I’ve ever had in my life. The apartment is nothing like the photos it has no sunlight at all, the hot water doesn’t work, and the owner is very rude. I had an accident in the house and injured my foot, and instead of apologizing, the owner came to the apartment to insult me and aggressively told me to leave, without any regard for the presence of my 3-year-old child.
